Yushan green tea

Beggar's chicken

Beggars choose local specialty Luyuan Sanhuang chicken as raw material. This kind of chicken is fat and tender. Add ham slices, mushrooms, dried shrimps, onions, ginger, wine and other seasonings into the chicken room. The chicken body is wrapped tightly with pig net oil, with lotus leaves and sticky yellow mud on the outside. Finally, it can be baked for four to six hours.

Wangzhuang watermelon
