When frying eggs, putting oil can play the role of lubrication, so that the egg liquid will not directly contact the pan surface, and the eggs will naturally not stick to the pan.
Some people will choose a special non-stick pan with a coating called Teflon on its surface. This kind of substance is the general name of fluororesin, including polytetrafluoroethylene, perfluoroethylene propylene and various fluoropolymers. Because these compounds have the advantages of high temperature resistance, low temperature, self-lubrication, chemical stability, etc., there is no need to put oil in the pan when frying eggs, and they will not stick to the pan.
But of course, it also has disadvantages:
1) has the risk of cancer, because PTFE will release more than a dozen harmful gases at high temperature, resulting in the death of some animals with sensitive respiratory tract. (But the toxic effect of these gases on human body has not been determined. )
2) Orientals tend to eat "fried, fried, fried, fried" tastes, especially fried eggs. Without the smell of oil, most people will think that it is not the same taste. Fried eggs without oil are no different from boiled eggs.
Fried eggs are really delicious, but to be honest, the nutrition is far from good. After all, fried food, in addition to eating more calories, will also increase the intake of oil, easy to get fat, cause heart, blood vessel and other diseases.
Half-boiled eggs are also delicious, but they are not conducive to digestion and are not thoroughly disinfected. Friends with a bad stomach suggest eating less.
