1. Dissolve dry yeast in warm water and pour it into a container filled with flour, oats, sugar, baking soda and oil to form dough. Cover the dough with a wet cloth for an hour and a half or double the dough (it will be shorter in summer).
2. Knead the dough for a few more times and send it for another 30 minutes.
Make stuffing when the dough is ready. Take the butter out of the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature for 15 minutes. Then mix with chopped walnuts, sugar and salt.
After the dough is made, divide it into two parts. Each portion is rolled into a dough (not too big, because there is not much stuffing), and the stuffing is wrapped like a pie and sealed. Turn it over, cover it in a windless place with a wet cloth or a wet tissue for 20 minutes, then cut a few knives on the surface, brush some water and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
4. Put a tablespoon of oil in the pot. When it is hot, put it in like a cake. Fry for 2 minutes on medium heat, turn over, pour it out like a little boiling water, and cover it. Then simmer and fry for 10 minutes, or lift the lid after the water is dried. Just fry the cake until it is golden on both sides.
Finally, sprinkle a little sugar on the cake. The same is true of another cake.
