How to stir-fry mushrooms:
1, mushrooms washed, picked into small dots.
2, catch the water, mushroom blanching, out of the froth, discoloration can be fished out, rinse with water, drained and spare (because blanching can be removed from the mushroom on the dirt, and mushroom mushroom mushroom flavor).
3, green pepper julienne, green onion julienne, garlic diced (arbitrary, cut into anything).
