Horizontal on top of the mold. Put on the soybean flower back and forth to block the role of each sheet of soybean skin

Salt brine with 250 grams of cold water to dissolve. Dot slowly into the cooked soy milk to form a vegetable protein coagulation and water separation
Put a generous gauze in the mold, and put 3 spoons of bean curd in each layer evenly (can be reduced to 2 spoons) so that the bean skin will be thinner
Each layer is spaced with gauze until it is used up. Add a weight on top to press out the moisture
Remove the mold after 1.5 hours and the tofu skin is basically formed
Remove the gauze gently. Hand to be lighter, my pressing force and time felt shorter
