Go to the local labor bureau to register.

Anyone who meets one of the following conditions can sign up and enjoy free training subsidized by the government:

1. Full-time students of higher education institutions in Thailand.

2. Fresh junior high school graduates from urban and rural areas with household registration in this city who have not continued their education.

3. Those with household registration in this city and those with rural household registration who are willing to transfer to employment.

4. Children of school age from poor families registered in this city.

5. Urban and rural unemployed persons registered in this city.
