Ingredients
1/2 catty flower stalks, 1/3 cup white fish paste, 6 bamboo skewers, seasoning A: 1 tsp, 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp white pepper, seasoning B: 3 tbsp, 1 egg, 1/2 tbsp oil, 1/3 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt
How to make the dough
(1) Wash the flower stalks, then drain them thoroughly and cut them into small pieces, then puree them in a blender. Add the white fish paste and seasoning A and mix well, then put it into a flat plate and divide it into 18 equal parts, then knead it into balls.
(2) Put the balls into boiling water and cook until they float, then drain them.
(3) Mix Seasoning B well to make a char, put the balls one by one and dip them in the char.
(4)Preheat the frying pan, put in the burnt meatballs, deep fry until the exterior becomes golden brown, drain the oil, and skewer every 3 with bamboo sticks, then serve on a plate.
