Method for making fried dumplings with onion meat stuffing

First, make the flour into a soft dough slightly smaller than jiaozi's, and cover it for later use.

Chop pork into minced meat.

Purple onions and carrots can be mashed with a cooking machine or chopped with a knife, and the amount of carrots can be whatever you like or not.

Pour chopped green onion into a meat bowl and add oil, salt, oyster sauce, five-spice powder and chicken essence.

The dough is good, roll it into long strips and make it into small noodles of any size, but not too big.

Cooking tips
The amount of carrots can be as you like or not. You can add or subtract vegetables according to your preference. Don't make the fried dumplings with meat too big. My steamed stuffed bun is about 6 cm in diameter and will be cooked in about ten minutes. The meat stuffing is mixed with purple onions, which is juicy and fragrant. You can use green onions if you don't like them.
