Method of Preparation:
Clean the fresh peeled shrimp, mix soy sauce, vinegar, minced ginger and scallions into a dip and set aside. Add salt and pepper to the boiling water, peeled shrimp into the pot, cook over medium heat for 6 or 7 minutes, shrimp turn red. Arrange in order of layer by layer on a plate to serve.
Making time: about 15 minutes
Secret tip: Boil the prawns with a small amount of pepper to make the shrimp taste more fresh and fragrant, and be sure to put ground ginger in the dipping sauce
