Cut off the old roots of the mushroom, wash and cut into segments, green pepper remove the tip, wash and cut into julienne.

Put some oil in a pot and heat it up.
Put in the shredded green pepper and stir fry.

When the shredded green peppers are about to wilt, add the enoki mushroom segments and stir-fry together.

Add sugar, salt and chicken essence and stir-fry for a few minutes.

A plate of fresh and beautiful enoki mushrooms can be served.
