Pork belly with stir-fried chili as a side dish
1. Stir-fried pork belly with green pepper
Shred 2 green peppers and 300g of pork belly.
Heat oil in a pan, simmer the Sichuan peppercorns over medium heat until the aroma comes out, add shredded ginger;
After the shredded ginger smells, turn to high heat, add shredded green peppers, and cook with a little vinegar , put in the pork belly, add the very fresh flavor and salt, stir-fry over high heat and take out.
Can be served with chopped garlic to enhance the flavor.
2. Fried shredded tripe with dried chili peppers
Cut 3 dried chili peppers into thin strips and 300g of pork tripe into shredded pieces.
Heat oil in a pan, simmer the Sichuan peppercorns over medium heat until the aroma is released, take it out, add shredded ginger and dried chili peppers;
After the shredded ginger is fragrant, turn to high heat and add shredded pork belly , add oyster sauce and light soy sauce, add shredded green onions and stir fry.
3. Cold pork belly

Cut 300g of pork belly into shreds, some shredded onions and chopped garlic, appropriate amount of ginger slices, and appropriate amount of white wine.
Marine the pork belly with ginger slices and white wine for half an hour;
Put oil in the pot, heat it up, add a little sugar, stir constantly with a spatula, and then add light soy sauce ;
Take out the shredded tripe and put it in the pot, stir-fry evenly and remove from the pot.
