The Caiyuanba Interchange is located outside the train station square. It is a three-story, five-fork all-passage overpass. There are 12 ramps supporting the Caiyuanba Bridge, 7 of which are directly connected to the bridge.

Five ground ramps that are not directly connected to the bridge were opened to traffic in June, which can meet the traffic flow at the five intersections of Xiangyang Tunnel, Caiyuan Road, Changbin Road, Nanqu Road and Caiyuanba Bridge. Travel needs: from Caiyuan Road to Changbin Road (it is a ramp bridge, located under the north approach bridge of the bridge); from Changbin Road to Nanqu Road; from Xiangyang Tunnel to Caiyuan Road and Nanqu Road via Caiyuanba Roundabout ; From Caiyuan Road to Nanqu Road (for the ground ramp and ramp bridge).

After the 12 ramps are completed and put into use, they will divert vehicles from Caiyuan Road, Changbin Road and other places. At the same time, vehicles from Tongyuan Bureau on the South Bank to Lianglukou, Shangqing Temple and other places can divert traffic through Caiyuanba Bridge instead of Shibanpo Yangtze River Bridge, and get off the "Y"-shaped ramp of Zhongshan 3rd Road at Lianglukou. The whole journey only requires few minutes.

Haitong Road has four ramps leading to the bridge

After passing the main bridge of Caiyuanba Bridge and reaching the south bank, the Sujiaba Interchange, Nancheng Tunnel, Nancheng Interchange, Dashi Road Interchange, etc. were built Supporting engineering evacuation vehicles.

The Sujiaba Interchange is a semi-interconnected and semi-directional interchange, which mainly solves the traffic problem of vehicles on the Caiyuanba Bridge going up and down Haitong Road and entering the municipal road network of Nanping Central District, Tongyuan Bureau and Nan'an Binjiang Road. The interchange has four ramps connecting Haitong Road and Caiyuanba Bridge.

In addition to connecting Nanping West Road and Tongyuan Bureau, the southern approach of Caiyuanba Bridge can also be connected to Nanbin Road via Rongqiao Peninsula. In addition, after passing through the Nancheng Tunnel, it is connected to Nancheng Avenue and Dashi Road in the Economic Development Zone at the Nancheng Interchange.

Two underground passages

The Nancheng Tunnel goes under Huayuan Road, connects to Sujiaba Interchange in the north and Nancheng Interchange in the south. It is divided into two tunnels on the left and right, with 4 lanes in both directions.

The Nancheng Interchange connects Nancheng Avenue, Taoyuan Road, Dashi Road, and Huayuan Road in four directions, and is three-story.

It should be noted that there are two underground passages that are easily overlooked: in the future, vehicles coming from Wanshou Road and Nancheng Avenue can turn right towards Huayuan Road and cross the underground passage directly opposite the Electronic Hotel. Enter the Nancheng Tunnel; similarly, vehicles coming from Jiangbei and Yuzhong directions, such as Taoyuan Road, do not need to completely pass through the Nancheng Tunnel. They can just turn right when exiting the underground passage at the Electronic Hotel, and there is no need to detour to the Dashi Road overpass.

Beware of the four major congestion points

After it is opened to traffic, some congestion points may still exist, especially from the two directions of Zhongshan 3rd Road at Lianglukou to Shangqing Temple and Qixinggang. Although Zhongshan 3rd Road is now widened to 5 lanes, the traffic congestion situation may not change in a short period of time because it still gathers traffic from Yangtze River 1st Road, Shangqing Temple, Tiyu Road, Cultural Palace Middle Gate and other directions.

Secondly, from Caiyuanba Roundabout to Nanqu Road, that is, the less than 300-meter-long road near the Bund Mall, there is a ramp that carries the traffic from Caiyuan Road, Changbin Road, Nanqu Road, Park Due to the function of the traffic flow on the main bridge of Caiyuanba Bridge and the large number of bus lines stopping at this section, traffic congestion may be inevitable.

In addition, at the intersection of Haitong Road and Nanping West Road in Nan'an District, because the traffic flow in four directions converges here, after the bridge is opened to traffic, the traffic from Jiangbei and Yuzhong to Nanping West Road will The traffic flow is bound to increase, and the traffic flow from the direction of Nanping International Convention and Exhibition Center and Tongyuan Bureau will be superimposed, which will increase the time spent by passing vehicles. Vehicles traveling from Jiangbei and Yuzhong to the Economic Development Zone can be diverted to the Tongyuan Bureau, Nan'an District Teacher Training School, and Changlong City Garden lines.
