Apple meatballs and sago
Main ingredients
1 apple
50g glutinous rice flour
Sweet potato flour 30g
Coconut powder 35g
White sugar 50g
Sago 45g

Steps
1. Add sweet potato flour to the glutinous rice and then add an appropriate amount of warm water to knead it into a dough
2. Make small meatballs
3. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and bring to a boil
4. Add the meatballs and cook until set aside
5 .Put water in another pot to boil, add sago and cook for 3-5 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for a few minutes
6. Pour the prepared sago into cold boiling water and set aside.
7. Wash the apples, cut them into pieces, soak them in a light salt water and set aside
8. Pour the sugar and coconut powder into a clean small basin
9. Use Dissolve boiled water into coconut milk
10. Put all the prepared ingredients into the coconut milk in a small basin and stir gently
Tip: When making glutinous rice balls, add glutinous rice flour Adding some sweet potato flour will make it taste better and softer.
