Ingredients
180g of chicken breast, 1 egg, 60g of pickle, 60g of onion, half of celery, 6 slices of sliced bread (cut off the hard edges), a pinch of white pepper, a pinch of salt, 120g of Thousand Island Dressing, a small amount of cling film
How to do
1. First, cook and cool the chicken and chop it, cook the egg and then shell and chop it, and chop the pickle, onion, and celery separately as well. Pour the chopped ingredients into a large bowl, add the Thousand Island dressing, season with a little white pepper and salt, and mix well.
2. Steam the bread slices in a steamer basket for 5 minutes (so that the rolls are soft and pliable and won't crack).
3. Remove the bread slices and flatten them with your hands, then spread the above ingredient 1 on one side of the bread slices, roll them up inwards into a cylinder; then roll them up in plastic wrap, twist the ends tightly (to make them look like individual candies ^_^), and then put them into the fridge freezer to freeze.
4. To serve, remove from the freezer, slice diagonally in half with a knife, and allow to thaw for 10-15 minutes before enjoying.
