2. Beat 1 egg, remove the egg white and pour into the shrimp, add 1/5 tablespoon salt and 1 tablespoon cornstarch and stir well. Wash the red pepper, cut it open and remove the seeds, cut into dices.
3. Boil half a pot of water, add 1 tablespoon salt, pour in the green beans and cook over high heat for 5 minutes, then drain the green beans.
4: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok and stir-fry the shrimp for 30 seconds, until the shrimp are light red in color, then remove and set aside.
5: Heat another 3 tablespoons of oil. Stir-fry the green beans and bell peppers over high heat for 2 minutes, then stir-fry the shrimp, adding 1/3 tablespoon of the cooking wine for 1 minute.
6. Finally, add 1/2 tablespoon chicken powder and 1/3 tablespoon salt and stir-fry for a few minutes to taste the green beans and shrimp.
