Ingredients ?
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Some soy sauce
3 drops of oil
Warm water about 280 ml
Some green onion
How to make steamed eggs ?
Crack two eggs into a steaming bowl.
Beat the eggs.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, a little soy sauce and oil and beat well.
Add about 280 ml of warm water and mix well clockwise while adding water.
Scoop away any bubbles floating on the surface with a spoon.
Put a moderate amount of water in a steamer and bring to a boil. Put the eggs in when the water boils. Steam on high heat for about 10 minutes.
Open the lid and sprinkle a few chopped green onions on the eggs, then cover and bake for a while.
Remove the eggs from the oven and use a spoon to drizzle a little soy sauce over the top.

The degree of heat transfer varies between containers of different materials and depths, so adjust the steaming time according to the material and depth of the container used.
