working methods
1. Wash spinach, remove roots, blanch with boiling water, and quickly put it in cold water to cool;
2. Squeeze the water out of the spinach and drain it;
3. Soak the vermicelli in warm water, boil it in boiling water, quickly cool it in cold water, and drain it;
