Grouper, also known as yellow croaker, mainly lives on the muddy seabed and lives in groups. Stone fish mainly feed on shellfish and mollusks. Different from other fish, groupers often make a groan-like sound, which is a signal of their contact, but fishermen can capture them according to this sound. The species of grouper produced in China are Pseudosciaena crocea, Pseudosciaena crocea and Meitong fish.
