Biluochun is a truly famous Chinese tea, usually handmade, with a unique flip ear, flat straight, tender green, uniform, oily and glossy and other characteristics. If you want to taste its most original flavor after brewing it out, it is recommended to make it according to the method and water temperature shown below:
Brewing method:
1. It is best to use transparent glass cups for the brewing of Biluochun, which can make the color and form of the tea leaves more clearly visible.
2. Take the appropriate amount of tea in the cup, about 3-5 grams of tea each time, add an equal amount of cool water to brew, the brewing time is generally not more than 2 minutes.
3. The brewed Biluochun is pale yellowish-green in color, and can be sipped in a cup. In its aroma and flavor, you will feel the tea nature of the fragrance, sweetness and endless feeling.
Water temperature:
Biluochun needs to be brewed with water temperature of 80℃, the water should not be boiled, try to create a calm and just right atmosphere. If the water temperature is too high, it will affect the nutrients and quality of the tea, and will also make the tea bitter. So it is best to keep the water temperature around 80 degrees. If it is tap water from Zhuhai city area, you can pour it out 3-5 times before brewing the tea, so the taste can be totally upgraded to a higher grade.
