Use raw almonds. Make sure the almonds you use are intact. Never use roasted, oiled or salted almonds.
2
Boil a small pot of water. Remove the small saucepan, turn off the fire and put the fruit on the hot plate.
three
Put almonds in boiling water for one minute. Almonds won't be brittle if they are kept for a long time.
four
Drain and wash the almonds. Drain the water with a sieve or strainer, and rinse it with cold water until it is cold enough to be handled by hand.
five
Pat the almonds dry. Dry the excess water on almonds with a small paper towel. The skin of almonds should look a little wrinkled.
six
Carefully pinch off the skin. Hold an almond tightly with your thumb and forefinger, and the almond inside will come straight out of the skin.
You can block it with your other hand to prevent almonds from flying to the other end of the room. Be sure to catch the slippery peeled almonds!
Sometimes the skin doesn't peel off so easily, so you have to scrape off the rest with your nails.
seven
Let the fruit dry. Maybe the food you want to cook needs peeled dried almonds. If this is the case, simply bake them on cooking paper for a few days, shake the pot and turn it over from time to time.
Never dry almonds in the oven. Because this will cook the almonds, and when they are cooked, you will not reach your original goal.
eight
You're finished.
