General rule
Article 1 In order to do a good job in the examination of liquor production license, detailed rules for the examination of liquor production license (hereinafter referred to as detailed rules) are formulated in accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementing regulations, the Measures for the Administration of Food Production License and other relevant laws, regulations and rules.
Article 2 These Detailed Rules shall be used in conjunction with the General Rules for the Examination of Food Production License, and shall be applicable to the examination of liquor production license.
Article 3 Liquor subject to food production license management refers to distilled liquor with grain as the main raw material and Daqu, Xiaoqu or bran koji and distiller's yeast as saccharifying and fermenting agents, which is cooked, saccharified, fermented, distilled, brewed and blended. The category number is 150 1- 1.
Article 4 The documents and standards quoted in the text of these Detailed Rules become the contents of these Detailed Rules by reference. The latest edition (including all amendments) of all the cited documents and standards shall be applicable to these Detailed Rules.
Production site
Article 5 The site selection and design, factory environment, functional area division, building structure and auxiliary production facilities of an enterprise shall comply with relevant standards.
Article 6 Generally, a production site should have a raw and auxiliary material warehouse, a raw material crushing workshop, a koji-making workshop, a wine-making workshop, a wine warehouse, a packaging workshop, a finished product warehouse and a dressing room that are suitable for production.
Seventh distiller's grains should be stored in an appropriate place to facilitate sales and cleaning.
