The only clue to the recent cases of children disappearing in England is that there is always a traveling circus performing where the children have disappeared, and by order of the Queen Char takes over the case. In order to investigate the case, Char and Sebastian use the tickets given by the Queen to watch a circus show. In the final tiger show, Sebastian volunteers to take part in the show (because tigers are felines) and is bitten by a tiger, and the circus people take him to the circus's exclusive doctor at the end of the show -
Sebastian follows the acting ringmaster Joker enters the doctor's tent, and the doctor knows that Sebas has been bitten by a tiger and immediately examines Sebas, but finds no wounds

In the tent, Sebas was placed on the same stage with William, who hated Sebas and didn't want to have physical contact with him, so the two of them were hanging in the air and couldn't continue their performance. In the middle of the emergency, Sebas grabbed William's death scythe to finish the performance, while on the other hand, Beast's backstring opened up and he went back to the tent to change his clothes. Sebas quickly rushed to the side of Char who was investigating in Beast's tent, and hid in a box with Char in his arms without being discovered by Beast. After Beast left, Sebas studied the photos found in Beast's luggage, and through the photos, Sebas learned that the members of the first circus troop, except for Snake, the snake charmer, who joined later, grew up in the same orphanage, and that the nobleman who was photographed with them was wearing a symbol identical to that on Beast's prosthetic leg. Beast's prosthetic limbs, Sebas then rushes back to the show to continue the show's encore
As Char investigates Joker's tent. Shar turns around, standing behind him is a member of the First Army, Doll, who helps him divert the attention of the other members of the First Army and takes him to a secluded area, where Doll identifies herself as his roommate. Doll reveals herself to be Char's roommate, and because it's not good for her to sleep alone, she gives up her right to sleep in a separate tent with Char, who lies and says she's stealing. In the evening, Char finds Sebastian to discuss the case, and during the discussion, Char suffers from asthma and is sent to the doctor's tent. In another tent, some members of the First Army gather together. Snake learns through communication with Snake that Sesha has invaded the territory of members of the First Army, and the members of the First Army suspect that Sesha has something to do with the police. Char wakes up to find Doll sleeping close to him (Doll is female) and recruits Sebas, ordering Sebas to find the owner of the suspicious sign and to pick him up and return him to the house by morning. Sebas is ready to go to the Heraldry Court to investigate the sign when William stops him, unable to leave the circus, Sebas can only find another way.Joker is ready to leave to meet with

When Soma sees Char's face when Sebas brings him home, he thinks Char has a cold and refuses to let him go out to work; Char orders Sebas to make Soma's master and servant get out of the way; Agni, in a moment of desperation, says to Sebas that the only way to see his master cheerful and healthy is to risk his life for it, which is the beauty of a deacon, and Sebas is moved by this, and crosses over to Soma's master and servant to prohibit Char from going out to the office.Black and Smile The disappearance of Black and Smile, as well as Suit, has led the circus to believe that it is no longer safe for the members of the First Army to move forward, and in Joker's absence, they have sent Doll to notify Joker of the disappearance. Baron Gelwyn deduces from Joker's words that Smile is Count Charl Vandomhavu, and then orders a fine dinner to be prepared for Charl, despite the fact that the people in the circus are in danger. In desperation, Joker playfully tells Char that the other members of the Circus One army are on their way to his mansion, and Joker tells Char that not a single servant will be left in his mansion (Elizabeth is also in the mansion), to which Sebas snickers, to which Char replies, "What do you take them for? They're our servants in the house of Vandomhaywu!" At the Vandomhaywu residence, members of the Circus I army are splitting up to find their targets. Spitfire encountered Phinney in the backyard and headbutted him, trying to kill him that way, and when he saw Phinney fall to the ground, Spitfire thought that Phinney was dead, but he didn't realize that Phinney got up and grabbed him with his head full of blood-
Sentence 33 That Deacon, Reputation
Phinney knocked Spitfire to his death in a tree in the Wendy and Beat see this and use their whips to break the hat that Finny is wearing around his neck, and the code on Finny's neck is revealed. The two continue to attack Finny while Wendy is shot by Merlin on the roof, Beat flies to the roof in order to take out the sniper on the roof only to see dozens of guns with no sights lined up neatly on the roof, Merlin attacks Beat from the other side of the roof with a rifle at the same speed as he would have used a pistol, Beat sees that the sniper is only one person and realizes that the dozens of guns were prepared to save reloading time, and in the end Beat is killed. On the other hand, Beast and Dagger meet Balder in the hall, who is waiting for them. Balder sends Finn to use the statue "Cannon" to blast Beast and Dagger away, and then Balder uses the warning bells and loudspeakers in the deacon's room to command Finn Merlin to hunt down and kill Beast and Dagger. Char and Joker are talking when the dedicated doctor in the circus suddenly appears, and the doctor sees the dead Baron Gelvin lamenting the loss of a hard-to-find patron who understands his ideals of making the most perfect prosthetic limb-! -proprietor who had been providing Baron Gelvin with a great deal of money and material-human bones, bones of dead children were made into prosthetic limbs for the people in the circus. The doctor recounts the facts to Sebas and Joker while dragging a girl out of the cage and placing her on the altar, pulling out a dagger and stabbing it into the girl's chest, Char sees this scene and remembers himself from that day, the fear continues to strike and he can't help but lose his temper, Sebas helps to stabilize Char, who orders that all of the people, including the orphans who are still alive, are to be killed and burnt -Sentence 35: The Deacon, The Execution
Joker and the others met in the "gutter where all the world's filth is dumped", some disabled, some born with deformities, some midgets, some disfigured by their parents. Then one day, a "strange man who picks up rats from the gutter" (Baron Gelvin) takes them in and lets them live in an orphanage sponsored by the strange man. ...... Joker's memories come flooding back with his Walking Stallion Theatre, and these The Walking Theater Goes - William, while reclaiming souls, complains about being understaffed. Just as William is displeased with the imminent arrival of a certain dispatcher (Greer) who was released from confinement for the day, it is another dispatcher - Ronald Knox - who unexpectedly appears, due to Greer's gleeful rush to do his duty at the Vandomhaywu residence. Riding at a gallop, Doll had just arrived at the Gelwyn Residence when she saw that it had been reduced to a sea of flames, and in the midst of the flames appeared the figure of Sebas, holding Char, approaching her. On a distant hill, Undertaker sits in a wagon, chewing on a homemade cookie, watching a raging fire and lamenting that Char is too ungrateful for his soul. The sudden disappearance of a member of the army throws the circus into disarray, and Snake embarks on a solo quest to find Joker. Sebas follows Char on a train to the orphanage where Joker and the others grew up, in order that the orphans in the orphanage can continue to survive after losing Baron Gelwyn's financial support from others. On the train, Sebas asks Char why he disobeyed the Queen's order to "investigate the culprits and rescue the abducted children" by burning the children along with them, because Char believes that the children will never be able to return to their normal state after what they have been through, and that it would be happier for them to die. When they arrived at their destination, all they could see was the ruins - no one had lived there for a long time, and the children who used to live there had probably been made into prosthetic limbs. Char laughed at the scene, remembering Doll's hateful look at him and Joker's cry begging him to spare Baron Gelwyn for the sake of the children in the orphanage, and there was a deep sadness hidden in his laughter--Tom the Piper means Baron Gelwyn

Since the orphanage is sponsored by Baron Gelvin, Tom the Piper in the song is referring to Baron Gelvin. The deeper meaning of "Over the hills and far away" means to go to the other side of the hills, symbolizing that Joker and the others are eager to escape the darkness and live a peaceful and happy life.
