The soaking time of the fungus has a certain relationship with the temperature of its soaking water, if it is soaked in warm water, generally about half an hour to an hour can be cooked; and if it is used in cold water, then it will take a little longer, it may take 3-4 hours.
But note that the soaking time of the fungus should not be too long, and it is best not to exceed 8 hours, because when the soaking time exceeds 8 hours, the amount of bacteria contained therein will increase significantly, and the deterioration of the fungus will be accelerated.
