Steamed crab:

A few live crabs (one each, 300g each).
Composition:
30g of balsamic vinegar and10g of Jiang Mo.
Making:
1. Wash the fresh crabs, insert six centimeters from the mouth of the crabs with sharp chopsticks and kill them (the legs of live steamed crabs are easy to fall off).
2. Put the crabs in a steamer, bring them to a boil over medium heat for seven minutes, and then turn off the fire.
Third, mix vinegar and ginger into a dip, and you can enjoy it.
Spicy fried crab:
Three live crabs (about one kilogram)
Peanut oil1.5kg, oil pepper 20g, yellow rice wine15g, soy sauce 20g, dried starch 20g, pepper 5g, chopped green onion10g, shredded ginger 5g, chicken soup100g, and chopped leek10g.
First, wash the crabs, peel off their shells, remove their umbilicus and gills, chop them into large pieces with a knife, put them into a basin, add dry starch and mix well for later use.
Second, pour the oil into the pot, heat it to 80%, add the crab pieces, fry for 20 seconds, and quickly remove and drain the oil.
3. Leave 30 grams of oil in the pot, stir fry pepper, add minced onion and ginger, add oil pepper, add soy sauce and stir fry, pour in fried crab pieces, cook with yellow wine, stir fry a few times, pour in chicken soup, stew until the soup is exhausted, and sprinkle with minced onion.
There are many ways to make crabs. You can steam it or fry it. Steamed crabs are more nutritious and delicious, while spicy crabs are very fresh and spicy, and they are more enjoyable to eat. These are two completely different flavors. As for steamed crab or spicy fried crab, is it delicious? This mainly depends on personal preference.
