JM-3 concrete pumping agent is an organic polymer material and an inorganic material. It has the characteristics of efficient water reduction, retardation, early strength and air entrainment, which can greatly improve the flow performance of concrete and increase the mixing efficiency of concrete. It has various functions such as cohesion and reducing pipeline resistance, and can be used in this project to pump concrete, large-volume concrete, etc. The dosage of JM-3 pumping agent is 0.8-1.30, and the optimal dosage can be determined based on experiments. Its main technical properties are as follows:

a. In order to reduce the water-cement ratio, reduce water consumption and save cement, add high-efficiency water reducing agent to the concrete to extend the setting time of the concrete, delay the peak heat release of the cement, and reduce The internal temperature of the concrete ensures the crack resistance of the concrete; at the same time, it reduces the water removal rate and segregation phenomenon, improves workability, increases fluidity, and facilitates pumping concrete construction.

b. Early strength and enhancement effects are obvious. Under the conditions of the same mix ratio and slump, the early strength of concrete mixed with JM-3 series pumping agent can be increased by more than 40%, and the 8d strength can be increased by about 30%. Under the condition of the same slump and strength, adding JM -3 series pumping agent can save more than 10% of cement.

c. Delay the concrete setting time. Adjusting the dosage of JM-3 series pumping agent can effectively adjust the concrete setting time required for construction. The condensation time can be extended by 2 to 8 hours, and the heat of hydration can be reduced by more than 20%.
