The method of curry rice with potato and pork
Slice pork when it is thawed to half ice.
Cut pork slices and put them in a bowl. Pour in a little cooking wine, soy sauce, water starch and salt for 5 minutes.
Heat oil (slightly more oil), add 2 slices of ginger, add meat slices and stir fry, and splash carefully.
Dice the potatoes and stir-fry over high heat.
