2. Dice the side dishes, a little garlic and ginger.
3. Add a drop of oil to the pan. Stir fry the sliced garlic and ginger, then add the other side dishes. Stir-fry on low heat for two minutes, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt and oyster sauce.
4. Heat the water, cover and bring to a boil.
5. Mix cornstarch and a little water, add to the soup, stirring as you add, the soup thick.
6. Continue stirring for a minute, add white pepper, stir well and turn off the heat.
7. Scoop the tofu into a bowl with a spoon and eat it topped with the marinade.
8. If you like spicy food, you can add some oil and spices.
