Ingredients
250 ??grams of dried yellow croaker
50 grams of cooking oil
8 grams of salt
15 grams of green onions
10 grams of ginger
10 grams of garlic
10 grams of soy sauce
3 grams of dried chili pepper
Chicken powder 3 grams
5 grams of cooking wine
Method/steps
Dry-clean the yellow croaker and soak it in warm water for about two hours.
Cut the dried fish into small pieces of suitable size and set aside.
Cut green onions, cut dried chilies into sections, mince ginger and garlic and set aside.
Add ginger, minced garlic, cooking wine salt, and chicken powder into the dried fish, stir well and put on a plate.
Put the delicious fish segments into the steamer and cook over high heat for about fifteen to twenty minutes.
Burn the cooking oil until it is 70% hot, add the dried chili segments, and quickly pour it on the fish segments.
Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and the fragrant steamed dried yellow croaker is ready.
