Preparation materials: coffee beans 15g, purified water 260g.
Production steps:
1, weigh 15g coffee beans. Coffee beans are easy to cross-taste, so they should be kept in a cool and dark place in a sealed way, and should not be kept for too long.
2, grinding coffee beans into powder
3. Boil a pot of boiling water
4. Spread the filter paper on the filter cup.
5. Evenly spray some boiling water on the inner wall of the filter cup, so that the filter paper can be close to the filter cup and achieve the effect of warming the cup.
6. Pour coffee powder into the filter cup.
7. Slowly pour hot water of about 93 degrees into the coffee powder, and control the amount of water to just one or two drops dripping from the bottom of the powder pile. If the coffee powder is fresh enough, the coffee powder will absorb water and expand (pause for about 30 seconds).
8. After the trickling process is finished, take the filter cup away.
9. Finished product drawing
