200g sticky rice, sugar 10g, 2g baking soda powder and oil 10g.
2. Practice:
(1) Soak the rice overnight, grind it into rice slurry with a grinder, and precipitate it for one hour. Pour out the top layer of water. Leave a thick rice paste. Add sugar and baking soda and mix well.
(2) Put oil in the pan, and fry the stirred rice slurry in the pan. Put it in a bowl, let it cool a little, knead it until smooth, put some oil on your hands, and knead it into small balls.
(3) Steaming in a pot. It takes about ten minutes to cool the pan.
