Braised pork with potato and radish

Wash pork belly. Marinate with cooking wine, soy sauce, soy sauce, spiced powder and star anise powder for a long time. I marinated it in the morning and cooked it in the afternoon.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into hob blocks. Soak in water for later use.

Prepare 4 slices of ginger, cut onion 1 root into sections, and cut 4 garlic cloves into two halves.

Put oil in the wok, fire. Add ginger slices, garlic cloves and grapes and saute until fragrant.
