Heat a proper amount of butter in the pot, and fry the flying cake in the middle until it bubbles.
Cut the flying cake into two pieces with a kitchen knife.
Spread banana slices on a flying cake, pour some condensed milk on it, and cover another flying cake on it.
Put the prepared flying cake back into the pot, press it with a kitchen knife while frying, and fry it on low heat until the banana is soft.
Cut into small pieces and eat while it is hot.
Tips
Don't turn on the fire too much when frying at first. Turn off the fire as soon as you see the flying cake bubble up, and quickly divide the cake into two pieces. Be patient and be careful not to break the crust.
