1. Put half a bowl of rice in the bowl, not too much.
2. Wash the rice cleanly.
3. Put water in the bowl, just enough to cover the rice. The water should not be too much, because there will be water on the lid of the pot flowing back into the bowl during steaming.
4. Place the bowl filled with water into the steamer, bring the cold water to a boil, and then turn to low heat.
5. Steam over low heat for 30 minutes. Do not put the lid on the pot in the middle, otherwise it will be cooked.
6. After steaming, do not rush to take off the lid of the pot, let it simmer for 5 minutes before opening it.
