Methods
1. Wash the tofu skewers and soak them for a day in cold water until they become tender.
2. Cook the tofu in broth until it becomes flavorful and soft, I usually cook it for about two hours.
3. Drain and remove the sticks, add the cilantro, garam masala and cumin.
