Crushed oyster shells or other impurities are often mixed in oysters, and it is easier to clean them by dropping proper amount of vegetable oil (peanut oil). Then, put the oysters in the basket, put some salt, sieve them back and forth for a while, then put them in the water and scrub the sludge attached to the oysters.
The nine-story tower removes the hard stems and cleans the leaves. Personally, I like whole leaves or chopped for later use.
Put the washed oysters in a hot pot and fry them in water. Put them in a bowl for later use.
Stir fry the oysters as much as possible.
Put glutinous rice flour and sticky rice flour into a bowl filled with oyster water to make a thick paste, add eggs and stir well, then add dried oysters and all ingredients and stir well.
Heat the pan to a little more oil, then spread oyster sauce evenly, and pay attention to frying until the juice is golden.
Turn over and fry until golden brown. Turn off the fire and serve.

2. According to personal preference, you can increase the amount of glutinous rice flour and sticky rice flour and reduce one egg, so that the fried oyster powder tastes crisp.
