200g of white chocolate (+orange pigment), white cotton candy 10, black straw 10, 20g of dark chocolate, white chocolate (+green pigment)10g, fondant (+green pigment)10g, powdered sugar.
Step by step
(1) Cut the straws into appropriate lengths and string the marshmallows one by one for later use;
(2) Find a cup with weight, which can be used when it is dried later. If it is too light, it will fall, so you can try it first.
(3) Heat the main white chocolate in water (use a deeper container), and be careful not to cause oil-water separation due to excessive heating;
(4) After dissolution, add one to two drops of orange edible pigment according to your own preference, evenly mix, and evenly coat each marshmallow with a thin chocolate icing, and let it dry for later use;
(5) Heating and melting the decorative dark chocolate cadmium water, and using toothpicks to draw expressions freely;
(6) Add green food pigment to the decorative white chocolate, and draw the pedicel of pumpkin with a toothpick;
(7) Turn the sugar into light green (stick powdered sugar on your hands to prevent sticking) and knead it into pumpkin handles in small portions for later use. Step 8: Use the remaining tinted light green chocolate to paste the fondant, slightly fix it and dry it.
(8) If you want to give it away, use a small bag+tie tape to wrap it ~ and it will feel very marketable! I made it myself, which is a perfect score!
