Step 1
Cut the meat into small pieces to see your personal preference. Then marinate with the marinade in the picture for about 6 hours. I made it overnight. Without this material, it was developed with cumin powder, spiced powder, white pepper powder, white sesame seeds and Chili noodles. Next, add a little soy sauce and salt, and finally add onion and a little oil and mix well.
Second step
Marinated meat is worn with skewers or by hand. I strung it myself. I think strings are soulless, gahaha.
Third step
Boil the skin in water in advance, remove the fat, and marinate it with barbecue sauce and a little soy sauce.
Fourth step
There are fish and tofu. I can wear kebabs, so I'm a meat eater. Wipe the vegetables with barbecue sauce or garlic sauce, and then process them when roasting.
Step five
Next is baking, which is done by my boyfriend. Charcoal roasting is really better than oven or electric roasting.
