Materials: a piece of beef, balsam, chives, scallions, ginger, salt, beer, pepper, soy sauce, chicken powder, egg white, corn starch, clear oil, sugar, sesame oil.

Step 6: leave a little bottom oil in the pan, add onion, ginger, garlic and sauté, then put the balsam into the pan and sauté; stir-fry slightly, then add the shredded beef, season with a little pepper, salt, soy sauce, chicken powder, sugar (to refresh), stir-fry evenly over high heat; then add the leeks into the pan and stir-fry over high heat until the leeks are crumbled; finally, pour in a little sesame oil, and stir-fry over high heat again, then serve.
