1. The first is dough mixing. You can mix noodles with self-raising flour and warm water. If you want to taste good and nutritious, you can use eggs and milk to make dough, and one egg corresponds to the proportion of a piece of bread. Put it aside and wake up. The dough is about 10 cm in diameter and 6 or 7 cm in height. It's the size of the steamed big steamed bread we bought. 2. Use the time to wake up to make beef stuffing. Put the oil in the pot, with a proper amount (the beef can be fried without touching the pot, not too much), and the beef stuffing depends on the size of the cake. I make 30 cm diameter cakes, which take about three or four tablespoons (spoons for eating), so the beef stuffing also depends on the number of pizza you make. Stir-fry the beef stuffing with medium fire until it becomes discolored (fire will make the beef stick together), add diced onion, salt, minced pepper, minced garlic, tomato sauce, a small amount of water and 2-3 fragrant leaves, turn it over several times, cover it and keep it stuffy for about 3-5 minutes, then take it out and let it cool.
3. Put oil (preferably olive oil) in the pan, and turn the pan to spread the oil at the bottom of the pan as evenly as possible. Roll the woken dough into a cake bigger than the pan, and spread it at the bottom of the pan. The edge will be slightly higher, and it doesn't matter. After baking, it will become a thick edge. Spread the cooled meat sauce on the bread evenly, but it should not be too thick. Add shredded green pepper, shredded onion, and your favorite cooked food (diced or sliced), and finally put cheese. If it is sliced cheese, you can cut it into three pieces and spread it evenly on the cake. How much cheese depends on your taste. After all these are ready, fire, cover and heat until the bottom of the cake is brown (turn it over frequently, don't burn it ~)
4. If there is an oven, preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Bake the bread in the pan in the baking tray 10 minutes or so. In the meantime, pay attention to observation and don't burn it. If you use the microwave oven with barbecue function to switch to barbecue stall or pizza stall, it will take about 10 minutes. If you want to heat it all in the oven, you can omit this part of pan baking, put the bread directly into the test tray, spread the stuffing, put it in the oven preheated to 220 degrees Celsius and bake it at 250 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.

Note: You can also put a little 10 herbs in the meat sauce, because I didn't buy it, so I didn't mention it in the process just now. The cheese we usually use can't pull silk.
