100g minced pork, 150g dried beans, 2 pieces dried five-spice beans, 2 red bell peppers
Seasoning: 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1/4 tsp chicken broth
Method of Preparation:
1. Dice dried five-spice beans, and slice the red bell peppers into small circles
2. Boil water in a pot, and add beans to the pot until they boil. Drain and set aside.
3. Heat a little oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork over low heat until the oil comes out.
4. Add the dried beans, and red pepper rings and stir-fry until fragrant.
5. Add blanched beans and all seasonings.
6. Stir-fry again until the water in the beans dries up.
