Introduction of ibuprofen oral suspension
Ibuprofen oral suspension is a nonsteroidal antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug, and its mechanism is to inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandin, thus exerting antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. It is absorbed rapidly by oral administration, with the time to peak (tmax) of about (1.12 0.43) hours and the peak concentration (Cmax) of about (/kloc-0). The protein binding rate is 99%, which is mainly metabolized in the liver, and 60% ~ 90% is excreted in urine through the kidney, of which about 1% is the prototype, and some of it is excreted with feces.
