Put sesame chili noodles in a larger container Stir well. I bought two types of chili noodles, thick and thin, and used 20g each.

Prepare the vinegar

Prepare the oil, pour it into the pot and turn on medium-low heat.

As the oil temperature increases, the aroma of the spices gradually becomes stronger. When the aroma is very strong, turn off the heat and be careful not to burn it. Turn off the heat and let it sit for 3 minutes until the oil is 70% hot.

First pour half the amount of oil into the chili noodles, and pour in the prepared vinegar, and stir quickly.

Pour in the remaining half of the oil and it’s done. The spices in the oil can be fished out first, or you can use a larger strainer to filter them out when pouring in the chili noodles.
