How to make Menglong ice cream
Ingredients?

2 egg yolks
Whip cream 160g
110g pure milk
40g white sugar
A few drops of vanilla
Chocolate crispy part
270g chocolate
95g coconut oil
How to make Menglong ice cream (vanilla flavor)?
First prepare the ice cream mold. This shape is basically a dream It looks like dragon ice cream~ You can also use other options~
Add 2 egg yolks and white sugar into the bowl. Remember to beat the egg yolks with warm water.
Beat until twice as big. , it will be fine if it becomes whiter and more delicate.

The mixed egg batter must be filtered, and then heated slowly over low heat.
