1. Wash and drain the spinach;
2. Add a little oil, when the oil is hot, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir fry for a moment;
3. Add spinach to the pan;
4. Stir fry spinach quickly for a moment;
5. Add salt and soy sauce and stir fry evenly;
6. Add chicken broth before removing spinach from the pan;
7. Turn spinach evenly and remove from the pan
