Cut the chicken into pieces and marinate it with some curry and salt. All other potatoes, carrots and onions are cut into pieces.
Put oil in the pot, stir-fry chicken pieces, and put some cooking wine if you have it. Then add potatoes, carrots and onions, add salt and curry powder. You can add some sugar, stir fry, drain water (chicken soup is better), and then stew on low heat until the soup is thick. You can add a little whipped cream, which will be very fragrant.
Be sure to put curry powder. We put half a bottle for three people.
Just stew a pot of white rice and pour the juice on it.
