Measures for the Administration of the License for Domestication and Breeding of Wildlife under Special State Protection Article 2 Units and individuals engaged in domestication and breeding of wildlife must obtain the License for Domestication and Breeding of Wildlife under Special State Protection (hereinafter referred to as the License for Domestication and Breeding). Units and individuals that have not obtained the domestication and breeding license shall not engage in the domestication and breeding of wild animals.
