The main seasoning for this dish is the yellow light chili sauce. Without it, the golden soup will don't cook. There is plenty of it on the internet.
Steamed beef slices can be boiled. Never cook them for too long. If you cook them for a long time, the meat will burn. It this is a bit hard to take.
In addition to enoki mushrooms, there are also shredded konjac and bamboo shoots. You can also add to the vegetables in the dish, all need to be blanched in boiling water in advance.
The chili sauce itself is salty, so the amount of salt will not not need too much (you can taste as you add, the flavor is enough, no salt). Finally, pour a little white vinegar in the pot to make the sour flavor more prominent.
