Main ingredients: glutinous rice, lard (homemade), red bean paste (homemade), white sugar
Ingredients: red dates, candied orange peel (homemade), Peanuts, walnut kernels, wolfberries, and raisins
Method
1. Place the pot on the fire, add two spatulas of lard, and stir-fry over low heat.
2. Soak the glutinous rice in water for one night in advance. Bring some water. Don't control the moisture too much, and pour it into the pot.
3. Stir-fry over medium-low heat.
4. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar and continue to fry.
5. Fry the glutinous rice until it is slightly soft, 7-8 times mature and the color of jade, then serve it out in a large bowl.
6. Prepare fancy ingredients: red dates, candied orange peel (homemade), peanuts, walnut kernels, wolfberries, and raisins.
7. How to make jujube flowers: Use a knife to slice the jujubes lengthwise into two halves. It is best not to cut them off (one is cut off in the picture, but it doesn’t matter much) and remove the jujube core.
8. Roll up the pitted red dates.
9. Cut two sections along the waist and serve with jujube flowers. It’s simple~~
10. Grease the wall of the bowl and put various fancy ingredients into the bowl. (Pay attention to the stir-fried jujube noodles)
11. Spread a layer of glutinous rice.

15. Spread a layer of glutinous rice on top to cover the bean paste filling.
16. Add enough water to the steamer, put the steaming bowl on the grate, put it into the pot, and steam it with water. Steam over high heat first, then turn to medium-low heat for 40-60 minutes.
