Materials:
Beans, corn kernels, ham.
Exercise:
1. Wash peas, cut into wide shreds, and cut ham into strips.
2. Blanch the chopped green beans and corn kernels in boiling water for more than ten minutes, and take them out to cool after the beans are completely discolored.
3. Drain the cooled shredded beans and corn kernels, put them together with ham strips, and add seasonings such as salt, chicken essence, sesame oil, vinegar and minced garlic to mix well.
