1. Prepare ingredients: appropriate amounts of salted pork ribs, cabbage, mushrooms, ginger, green onions, salt, and chicken essence.
2. After buying the ribs, do not wash them (wash them again before eating). Add some salt and they will become salty the next day.
3. Wash the mushrooms, cut them into slices and soak them in some salt for 20 minutes. Boil them in water for another minute. When the foam starts to form, cook them for another minute. Take them out and drain them. Wash three pieces of cabbage and tear into pieces by hand.
4. Pour the salted pork ribs into cold water. After the water boils, when foam appears, put it on the faucet and rinse. Rinse off the foam and drain. Put the ribs in a casserole, add cold water, bring to a boil, remove the foam, add ginger and green onions, and simmer over low heat for about an hour.
5. Add the prepared mushrooms and cabbage. After boiling again, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence.
